Sole proprietor Vasiliev Roman Borisovich INN 671205734453, OGRNIP 311671228000049, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor or Organizer, on the one hand, and any individual, legal entity, or sole proprietor who has accepted the terms of this Offer, hereinafter referred to as the \u201cClient\u201d, on the other hand, have entered into this agreement (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cAgreement\u201d) as follows.<\/p>\n

This document is a public offer in accordance with Article 435 and paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n

The Offer is sent by the Organizer individually by sending the text to the Client in personal correspondence in the Telegram messenger or via email.<\/p>\n

Please read this offer carefully. If you disagree with any of its terms, the Organizer recommends that you refrain from taking any action necessary for acceptance.<\/em><\/p>\n

1. Terms and definitions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Event<\/td>\nThe immersive rock show "ROK100" is a spinoff of the "Rock 1000" project (a show of 1000 musicians). It features a shortened format and 100 musicians. It will take place on October 24, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM at MTS Live Hall, 118 Obvodny Canal Embankment, St. Petersburg. The show is a unique rock show featuring 100 virtuoso musicians from across the country: a rock band, a symphony orchestra, a drum show, a rock choir, extreme vocals, electric and bass guitars, drum kits, brass and string instruments. It features 30,000 watts of powerful, high-quality sound, vibrant special effects, and an original production. Spectators and musicians become one, blurring the lines between stage and audience. As part of the Event, the Organizer grants the Client the right to participate in the concert program.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Client<\/td>\nAn individual, including one registered as a sole proprietor, or a legal entity that has acquired the right to participate in the Event in accordance with the procedure stipulated by this Offer, confirmed by receipt of an electronic notification sent to the details provided by the Client. If the Client is a legal entity or sole proprietor, the direct Participant of the Event is the Client's representative specified when submitting the application. For the purposes of fulfilling obligations under the Agreement, the Client is considered to be the person who accepted the Offer, or a third party to whom the person who accepted the Offer has transferred the right to participate in the Event.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Participant<\/td>\nAn individual directly participating in the Event (appearing on stage), as specified by the Client upon submitting the application. For purposes of fulfilling obligations under the Agreement, the Participant and the Client may not be the same person. If the Client is an individual, they are considered both the Participant and the Client.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Legal representative<\/td>\nA parent, adoptive parent, guardian or trustee of a minor Participant, acting in his interests and on his behalf within the framework of the conclusion and execution of this Agreement.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Acceptance<\/td>\n\u2014 the Client's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer, accomplished by performing the following actions: submitting an Application to the Organizer's manager via Telegram, VKontakte, or by email; receiving payment details from the manager; depositing an Organizational Fee in the amount of 2,500 (Two thousand five hundred) rubles into the Organizer's bank account; sending a payment receipt to the Organizer's manager. Moment of Acceptance<\/strong>The moment the Agreement is concluded, that is, the moment the Organizer receives the payment receipt from the Client. By sending the payment receipt, the Client confirms that they have read the terms of this Offer in full, fully agree with them, and undertake to comply with them. They also confirm that the text of the Offer was sent to them by the Organizer prior to payment via personal correspondence on Telegram or by email. Acceptance of the Offer constitutes the conclusion of the Agreement under the terms set forth in this Offer (Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Organizational fee (remuneration)<\/td>\n\u2014 the amount of 2,500 (Two thousand five hundred) rubles, the same for all participation formats, paid by the Client to the Organizer for granting the Participant the right to participate in the Event.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Bid<\/td>\n\u2014 a message sent by the Client to the Organizer's manager via Telegram, VKontakte, or email, containing the Participant's last name, first name, and patronymic, contact phone number, instrument, and confirmation of familiarization with the terms of this Offer. The application has a unique number assigned by the Organizer and clearly identifies the person submitting it as the Client.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Confirmation of participation<\/td>\n\u2014 a message from the Organizer about securing a place for the Participant, sent after receiving a payment receipt, containing a unique number identical to the Application number.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Electronic correspondence<\/td>\n\u2014 the Parties' correspondence via Telegram, VKontakte, or email, which is legally binding and constitutes appropriate evidence in court. Correspondence between the Parties via electronic communication channels is legally binding and may constitute appropriate evidence in court.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Position<\/td>\n\u2014 the rules for participation in the Event, which are Appendix No. 1 to this Offer, providing for the requirements for Participants, the format of participation, technical conditions, and rules of conduct.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Services<\/td>\n\u2014 the Organizer's actions aimed at organizing and holding the Event (venue rental, sound, lighting, and technical support, and personnel engagement). The procedure for providing these actions depends on the participation format selected by the Client when submitting the Application from those listed in the Regulations.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Website<\/td>\n\u2014 the Organizer's official website: https:\/\/vgroove.ru. This Offer is not posted on the Website, but is sent to the Client individually. Information about the Event is posted on the Website, and spectator tickets are sold.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Personal Information<\/td>\n\u2014 information related to a specific Client or Participant, or one identifiable based on such information, namely: last name, first name, middle name, contact phone number, email address, instrument, and other information provided when submitting an Application. Personal data also includes data that is automatically transmitted during the use of the Services, including IP addresses, telephone numbers, and other information about the Client, the collection and\/or provision of which is determined and agreed upon with the Client individually.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Participation format<\/td>\n\u2014 the role of the Participant in the Event: vocals, guitar, bass guitar, drums, other instrument (subject to agreement with the Organizer).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Agreement<\/td>\n\u2014 an agreement between the Organizer and the Client to grant the right to participate in the Event under the conditions set out in the Offer.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Offer<\/td>\n\u2014 this offer of the Organizer, addressed to the Client, to conclude an agreement for the provision of paid Services under the terms and conditions contained in the Offer, including all appendices.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Responsible person<\/td>\n\u2014 an Organizer employee authorized to correspond with Clients, accept Applications, send details, and confirm participation. The contact information for the Responsible Person is provided in the "Communication Channels" section of this Offer.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Registration for the event<\/td>\n\u2014 a set of actions by the Client, including the submission of an Application, payment of the Organizational Fee, and sending of a payment receipt, the result of which is the inclusion of the Participant in the list of Event participants.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

2. Subject of the offer. Procedure for concluding<\/h3>\n

2.1. The subject of this Offer is the organization and holding of the immersive rock show "ROK100" - a branch of the "Rock 1000" project, a shortened format involving the participation of 100 musicians.<\/p>\n

The Organizer grants the Client, who has paid the Organizational Fee, the right for the Participant to participate in the concert program of the Event, including:<\/p>\n
